The seed of greatness is there in every individual. It is just the right condition and that seed sprouts up to be a grand tree. I deeply believe that we educators can create a conducive environment in schools to let the dormant seeds of greatness grow to its fullest potential in every child. I believe every child is special. Gone are the days when a child’s intelligence was measured only through his scores in Maths and Science. The Psychologists have developed various theories of intelligence. And it has been broadly recognised that there are eight kinds of multiple intelligence, and they are Linguistic, Logical & Mathematical, Musical, Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Bodily Kinaesthetic, Spatial and Naturalist.
